Feeding system
The feeding system is composed of a winch, a feeding rack, a hopper, an infeed funnel, etc. When feeding, the mixture that needs to be stirred is installed in the hopper, the hoist brake motor of the feeding system is started, the gearbox drives the drum to rotate, the wire rope climbs up along the upper rack track through the pulley traction hopper, when climbing to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bottom of the hopper door enter the feeding frame, enter the horizontal fork, the bucket door is automatically opened, and the material is unloaded into the mixing drum through the funnel.
Mixing system

Electrical system
The electrical control system needs to control the main drive motor of the JS1000 concrete mixer, the motor of the water supply system, the motor of loading, unloading, etc. All electrical control elements are located in the distribution box. Discharge system
