Feeding system

The feeding system is composed of a winch, a feeding rack, a hopper, an infeed funnel, etc. When feeding, the mixture that needs to be stirred is installed in the hopper, the hoist brake motor of the feeding system is started, the gearbox drives the drum to rotate, the wire rope climbs up along the upper rack track through the pulley traction hopper, when climbing to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bottom of the hopper door enter the feeding frame, enter the horizontal fork, the bucket door is automatically opened, and the material is unloaded into the mixing drum through the funnel.

Mixing system

JS1000 mixing system is composed of mixing drum mixing device, motor, pulley, reducer, open gear, oil supply device. The main motor is connected to the secondary gearbox by a belt, and finally drives the two horizontally assembled agitation shafts to rotate at the same speed through two pairs of open gears.

Electrical system

The electrical control system needs to control the main drive motor of the JS1000 concrete mixer, the motor of the water supply system, the motor of loading, unloading, etc. All electrical control elements are located in the distribution box. The electrical components in the distribution box are installed on an iron plate, which is safe and reliable, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

Discharge system

The unloading system is at the bottom of the mixer and is unloaded by means of a manual pusher. According to customer requirements, it is possible to produce mixers in the form of electric actuator discharge. The connection between the discharge door and the mixing drum is sealed with a sealing plate, and the position of the sealing plate can be adjusted to ensure the purpose of sealing.
